What this site collects
Most of this site — the biography, chapters, music, and book pages — is read-only content. Visiting these pages does not require an account, and there is no comment system on this site.
The Memorial Weekend RSVP page includes a form that collects the information you choose to submit (name, party size, contact details, and similar) so the family can plan for guests. That information is used only for that purpose and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the email-delivery service (Fluent SMTP) used to send it to the family.
Embedded videos
Several pages include YouTube videos of performances, interviews, and appearances relevant to Eddie Ray’s career. These videos are presented as click-to-play: nothing loads from YouTube, and no connection to YouTube is made, until you actively click to play a video. Once you do, standard YouTube embed behavior applies, including YouTube’s own cookies and data collection — see Google’s Privacy Policy for how YouTube (a Google product) handles that data.
